Francesca Eastwood will reportedly not be facing charges for her domestic violence arrest earlier this year. According to TMZ, the District Attorney has decided not to prosecute because there was insufficient evidence. The publication also reported on Sunday, December 1, that Francesca's boyfriend turned down medical treatment following the October incident and would not cooperate with the police. (Us Weekly has reached out for comment.) News broke in mid-October that the 31-year-old daughter of famed director Clint Eastwood was arrested in Beverly Hills.
