Las Vegas Raiders cut Jack Jones in bold move by Tom Brady's team in their offseason rebuild
The Las Vegas Raiders have decided to cut cornerback Jack Jones after failing to trade him to an NFL rival. It brings his time in Sin City to an end after being claimed of waivers in 2023 following his release by the New England Patriots. The 27-year-old started 16 games in 2024 and recorded a career-best 69 tackles alongside three interceptions. But he also gave up 698 yards and nine touchdowns for a Raiders team that never looked like it was going to make the postseason.
