A TEEN boy has been charged over the dying of a seven-year-old woman who was hit by a motorcycle as she performed outdoors her residence.

A 15-year-old boy has now been charged with causing demise by dangerous driving.
The teen, who can't legally be named, is due to appear at Wolverhampton Magistrates' Court on April 10.
Det Sgt Paul Hughes, from the Critical Collision Investigation Unit, stated: "I want to prolong my because of all these people who have come forward with info to assist us with this investigation which has been in-depth and thorough.

Katniss had been enjoying on her scooter moments before the tragedy unfolded.
The boy allegedly fled the scene, with police later recovering two motorbikes.
Katniss' mum previously paid tribute to her "smiling" daughter, revealing the teenager's dad had begged her to "open your eyes" after the crash.
She stated: "God took her away too young and fragile.
"I don't have power and I don't need to say goodbye to you, my star. The right way to allow you to go, my heart is bleeding, my soul is aching. Who will maintain you now up there my angel.
"I'm powerless, phrases will not be sufficient, no comfort. Day by day she informed me, 'I really like you mother, you are the greatest mother and probably the most lovely since you care for me and do every part to make me comfortable'."
