Wojciech Szczesny is reportedly set to step out of retirement to join Barcelona following the injury to Marc-Andre ter Stegen. The Polish shot-stopper decided to retire after his Juventus contract was terminated in August, but will now make a shock return to playing at one of the world's biggest clubs. He will undergo a medical with the Catalan side on Monday before completing all formalities, according to the Telegraph. Ter Stegen, 32, was stretchered off during Barca's 5-1 rout of Villarreal last week and is unlikely to play again this season.
