Hall of Famer Joe Dumars is reportedly finalizing an agreement to become the new president of basketball operations for the New Orleans Pelicans. ESPN's Shams Charania was the first to report the news, which has not been confirmed. DailyMail.com has reached out to the team for comment. Dumars, who has been the NBA's executive vice president and head of basketball operations since 2022, would replace David Griffin, who was fired Monday after a 21-61 season.
