Connor Storrie and Hudson Williams are heading to Milan ahead of the 2026 Winter Olympics
The Heated Rivalry co-stars will be torchbearers during the Olympic Torch Relay

It's been a few years since the actors' respective characters, Ilya Rozanov and Shane Hollander, played in the 2014 Sochi Games inHeated Rivalry— but now, they've been tapped to take part in the 2026 Winter Olympics in Milan.
While Storrie, 25, and Williams, 24, won't be playing hockey for Team Canada or Russia, HBO Maxannouncedon Thursday, Jan. 22 that they'll be torchbearers during the Olympic Torch Relay, which weaves through Italy before ending in Milan at the opening ceremony on Feb. 6.

Details regarding when and where Williams and Storrie will be carrying the Olympic torch have not yet been announced. The relay begins ahead of each Olympics in Greece, at the site of the first Games, before weaving its way to the host city. The torch is currently in Trieste, Italy, and will visit 13 more cities before the opening ceremony.
The 2026 Winter Games will take place from Feb. 6 to Feb. 22 in Italy.
Williams and Storrie's Olympics spotlight is another breakout moment for the previously-unknown stars, who have becoming cultural phenomenons along with the sports romance series, which was released on HBO Max on Nov. 28.
The LGBTQ+ drama was adapted and created for TV byJacob Tierney, and follows Canadian hockey superstar Hollander and Russian phenom Rozanov as they spark a steamy romance off the ice. It is based onRachel Reid'sGame Changersbook series.

The show wrapped up its first season on Dec. 26, with Canadian streaming service Crave announcing before the finale that Tierney would begin work ona second seasonfollowing the show's breakout success in the U.S. on HBO Max.
Storrie and Williams, meanwhile, have become heartthrobs in their own right — and have been booked and busy since the show was released, from media tours and late night appearances to fashion week and award show debuts.

Less than one week later, Williamssurprised fans on the runwaywhen he showed off his sexy strut at the DSquared2 show during Men's Fashion Week in Milan on Jan. 16. He opened the winter-themed show, rocking double denim with high-fashion snow boots and a hat hooked to his belt loop.
