Manuel Neuer has aimed a dig at former Bayern Munich manager Thomas Tuchel. Bayern are the only unbeaten side in the Bundesliga this season following a magnificent start under new boss Vincent Kompany. The Bavarians' winning streak ended on Saturday with a 1-1 draw against champions Bayern Leverkusen at the Allianz Arena. Neuer says their success on the pitch so far this term has been down to 'sticking to our style', something he suggests they didn't do under Tuchel last season.

Wojciech Szczesny is reportedly set to step out of retirement to join Barcelona following the injury to Marc-Andre ter Stegen. The Polish shot-stopper decided to retire after his Juventus contract was terminated in August, but will now make a shock return to playing at one of the world's biggest clubs. He will undergo a medical with the Catalan side on Monday before completing all formalities, according to the Telegraph. Ter Stegen, 32, was stretchered off during Barca's 5-1 rout of Villarreal last week and is unlikely to play again this season.
