*American Pickers* star Mike Wolfe and his girlfriend, Leticia Cline, have both been discharged from the hospital after being involved in a serious car accident over the weekend. **
In an Instagram Story on Wednesday, Wolfe confirmed that he and Cline are now recovering at home after getting into a grisly accident in Columbia, Tenn., on Sept. 12. However, he noted that his girlfriend's healing journey is far from over. **
"Feels so good for @leticiacline and I to be home for a bit," he wrote over an image of himself relaxing on a porch. "Her surgery will be Monday please keep that good energy and prayers coming coming [sic]."

Cline also provided an update on her current condition as she awaits surgery on her own Instagram Story, sharing a snapshot of herself that depicted her swollen and heavily bruised jaw. **
"Swelling has gone down some today. Surgery is Monday," she wrote. "My jaw is broken in 3 places, on each side where it connects to my skull and right down the middle. The doctors are currently creating pieces to put into my jaw to make it work." **
Cline continued, "I'll have three incisions on the outside of my face for surgery, but they're really positive for an almost complete recovery. However it will be a long recovery at that. I'm receiving the absolute best medical care at @vanderbiltu."

Alongside her update, Cline included photos of her bruised and bloodied knees and a collection of medications on her bedside table. "My poor knees can never catch a break," she wrote. "So many surgeries and injuries on them over the years."
She also posted a video of herself performing lung exercises that she must complete ten times an hour "to get me ready for surgery."

Wolfe broke the news that the couple had been involved in the frightening accident on social media on Saturday.
"By the grace of God, we're both safe and okay," he wrote at the time. "We are both receiving excellent care, and while Leticia is still in the hospital, she is expected to make a full recovery. Thank you for respecting our privacy at this time, and we appreciate all of your love [and] prayers. God bless."
He later shared an image that showcased the heavy damage their vintage blue car had suffered as a result of the accident, with its hood almost entirely crumpled up and one of its headlights crushed. "It's been a rough nite, but now there's light at the end of the tunnel," Wolfe wrote. "I truly believe in the power of group prayers. Thank you to all of you that have sent them to us."

Cline previously confirmed on her own Instagram Story that she had suffered a "broken jaw (in a few places), broken ribs, sternum, collapsed lung, and a lot of swelling on my spine" as a result of the incident. "My mouth will be wired shut," she continued, "but I still got my brain, and that's all that matters."
Wolfe has starred on the History Channel's *American Pickers* since 2010. Over the course of the reality series' 26 seasons, he has taken viewers on the road with him as he buys and sells various antiques and collectibles for his Antique Archeology shop.
Prior to his relationship with Cline, Wolfe was married to Jodi Faeth from 2012 to 2020. The couple, who share a 13-year-old daughter together, filed for divorce in July 2021. Wolfe and Cline began dating later that same year.**
