Get ready to hop on your broomsticks, witches — a release date for the *Wicked: For Good* soundtrack has been revealed, and it's going to have you singing from the rooftops before you know it.

The soundtrack for the highly anticipated second part to the Oscar-nominated juggernaut *Wicked *will hit shelves on Nov. 21, the same day as the film's theatrical release, Republic Records and Verve Records announced Wednesday. It will feature songs taken from Act 2 of the stage musical and adapted for Jon M. Chu's feature film.

We also now have the track list for the 11-song collection, which includes two brand-new songs that Stephen Schwartz composed for the second half of the saga following Elphaba (Cynthia Erivo) and Glinda (Ariana Grande), as well as a previously unreleased song from the original Broadway musical.**

The two new tunes are "No Place Like Home," performed by Erivo, and "The Girl in the Bubble," performed by Grande.

"The Wicked Witch of the East," which has always been part of the stage musical but was not included on the Broadway cast recordings, will also be featured on the soundtrack and will be sung by Marissa Bode, Erivo, and Ethan Slater.**

"I'm especially happy that the soundtrack album for *Wicked: For Good* has so much new music on it," Schwatz said in a statement. "In addition to two brand-new songs, there is a lot that's new in several other existing songs. So not only listeners coming to the score for the first time, but longtime fans of the original Broadway cast album will have a great deal to discover."

Chu delved into the meaning behind the two new original songs while speaking with ** earlier this month, noting that the core concept behind both was to amplify the theme of home prevalent in *The Wizard of Oz *and all its other properties like*The Wiz *or *Wicked.*

"They're questioning, 'What is home? And what happens when you are fighting for a home that you realize doesn't even want you there, or was never meant for you?'" he said at the time*. *"'Do you defend it? Do you fight for it? Does anyone else think of home the same as you?' Those questions are very interesting and relevant to Elphaba's journey."

Glinda must reach her own understanding of home, albeit in a much different way. "Glinda is the one that has to ultimately pop her own bubble," Chu said. "She has to leave her privilege to actually see other people's struggles and fight for justice and equality."

Chu also cautioned audiences against seeing these songs as any sort of contemporary commentary. "They do what timeless stories do," he explained. "They ask us elemental questions of being human, not just the great parts — the celebratory, joyful parts of being human — but the scary, dark parts that test us. Everybody thinks it's about this time, and yet it's about all time. We are a little bit good and we all are a little bit wicked, and how do we navigate that?"**

Much like the second act of *Wicked*'s stage musical, *Wicked: For Good* will take a grimmer turn from the bright poppy moments in the first film. The second act is known for being rushed and is not as well regarded as the first. That gave Chu and the creative team a lot of leeway to imagine the end of their story.

"What we really focused on was, no matter what, it's always about either one of them or their relationship," he told EW. "What we discovered was, 'It's the girls, stupid!' at every turn. So, when one's going through something, there's something that they've learned from the other that affects them, or the fact the other person is not there is part of what can't get them to their goal. It's always about them."

*Wicked: For Good - The Soundtrack* will be released in multiple formats, including CD, double vinyl, double picture disc, and digitally. Target will have an exclusive lenticular version, and Amazon, Walmart, and Barnes & Noble will also offer special exclusive versions of the album.

*Wicked: For Good* flies into theaters Nov. 21.
