A big chuck of CBS' primetime lineup returns this week, including the *NCIS* franchise and *FBI* , *Tracker*, *Fire Country*, *The Neighborhood*, and *Ghosts*, and several new shows debut on the network, including *Sheriff Country*, *Boston Blue*, and *DMV*.
